Message bill of sale. That's just to let you know. They only care about your license, etc, and of course the title. Too bad you weren't in RI, if the car is over 10 years old, they don't care about titles.
With cars as old as ours, it's almost a shock if you can FIND the title along with the car. Most people become careless and lose those over time.
My advise is just be careful with the seller bc you've contacted him and informed him that you don't have the title/have not registered it in your name. Never know what kind of shady ppl are out there.
